The aim of Cristel’s Language Club is to instil a love of language learning in young children, and this is accomplished with a unique program that teaches British English and French to children in the way they learn best; by making language learning a fun and memorable experience!

 

The children will learn through songs, games, storytelling, role play and other hands-on activities that will engage and stimulate their young minds.

 

The classes also give priority to listening comprehension and speaking as this is the first step to acquiring a new language and it is one of the most valuable skills a child can acquire. Cristel’s language club aims to help your child build up their confidence to begin expressing themselves in a foreign language within a short period of time.

Studies show that learning a second language boosts problem-solving, critical thinking, listening skills, memory and concentration as well as enhancing creativity and mental flexibility. Also children who are exposed early to other languages display more positive attitudes to the cultures associated with those languages.

11:00 – 12:00 (8-11 year olds)

13:30 – 14:30 (8-11 year olds)

Class times are flexible, subject to interest and availability. Please contact Cristel if you would like to arrange a time that is more convenient for you and your child.
